Hikvision DS-3E0318P-E(B) – Description
16 Port Fast Ethernet Unmanaged PoE Switch
Reliable PoE Networking:
The Hikvision DS-3E0318P-E(B) is a 16-port Fast Ethernet unmanaged PoE switch designed for reliable network connectivity and efficient power delivery to compatible devices. It provides 16 × 10/100 Mbps PoE ports and 2 × Gigabit combo ports, making it suitable for IP cameras, access points, VoIP devices, and other PoE-enabled network equipment.
Intelligent PoE Management:
This Hikvision PoE switch features intelligent power management that helps protect the switch when connected devices exceed the available power limit. With a 230 W PoE power budget and up to 30 W per PoE port, it can efficiently support multiple powered devices while helping improve the switch’s operational lifespan.
Long-Range PoE Transmission:
Ports 9 to 16 support Long Range mode for PoE transmission distances of up to 300 meters. This makes the DS-3E0318P-E(B) a practical choice for surveillance installations where IP cameras need to be positioned far from the network switch. In Extend mode, these ports operate at up to 10 Mbps.
Designed for Video Surveillance:
The Hikvision switch is optimized for IP video transmission with high-priority ports 1 to 8. Its VIP functionality helps prioritize important data when network congestion occurs, supporting smoother and more reliable video transmission for surveillance systems.
