Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ProSolutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, procurement of our technology products, and engagement with our professional IT services. By accessing our website, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Company Information & Legal Framework

This website is owned and operated by ProSolutions, registered and operating under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. All transactions, disputes, and agreements conducted through this platform are governed by Egyptian law.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

  • Eligibility: By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a legal guardian or corporate representative.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activities, purchases, or requests made under your account will be deemed your legal responsibility.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout. ProSolutions reserves the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent data.

3. Product Availability, Specifications, & Pricing

  • Technical Accuracy: Given the highly technical nature of servers, Cisco networking equipment, and specialized IT hardware, we make every effort to display accurate technical specifications. However, structural configurations are subject to manufacturer updates.
  • Pricing & VAT: All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. In accordance with Egyptian Tax Law, prices will explicitly state whether they are inclusive or exclusive of the standard 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout.
  • Quotations: For enterprise solutions and bulk inquiries, custom quotes provided by our sales team are valid only for the duration stated on the formal quotation document.

4. Orders, Cancellations, & Acceptance

  • Order Validation: Receiving an automated order confirmation email does not constitute our final acceptance of an order. ProSolutions reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for reasons including inventory shortage, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Corporate Procurement: For B2B orders requiring official corporate purchase orders (POs), contract terms signed between both entities will supersede generic website checkout terms.
  • Cancellations: Orders for standard in-stock items can be canceled before shipment. Custom-configured servers or specially ordered licenses cannot be canceled once procurement begins.

5. Payments & Invoicing

We support a variety of payment methods secured through authorized Egyptian payment gateways:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash at Headquarters (subject to legal transaction limits).
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa / MasterCard).
  • Direct Bank Wire Transfers / Corporate Checks.
  • Authorized Mobile Wallets (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, etc.).

All goods remain the legal property of ProSolutions until full payment is cleared and received.

6. Shipping, Delivery, & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver across major governorates in Egypt via specialized IT logistics partners to ensure delicate hardware is handled safely.
  • Timelines: Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to customs clearings (for imported enterprise hardware) or courier delays.
  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the items passes to the client upon delivery and physical sign-off of the shipment receipt.

7. Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

Your purchases are fully protected under our dedicated corporate policies, which operate in strict alignment with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) regulations:

  • For hardware issues, please refer to our [Warranty Policy].
  • For orders you wish to return or exchange, please refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy].

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Disruption: ProSolutions shall not be liable for any financial losses, loss of data, project delays, or network downtime resulting from the deployment, use, or failure of the hardware and software solutions provided.
  • System Misuse: We are not responsible for any security breaches or system failures arising from improper configuration, uncertified engineering modifications, or external cyber threats targeting your infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and text on this platform are the intellectual property of ProSolutions or its respective partners (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HP). Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or utilization of this data for commercial purposes without explicit written consent is prohibited under Egyptian Cybercrime Law No. 175 of 2018.

10. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. Your personal and corporate data is gathered, processed, and secured in strict compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. We do not sell or leak your data to third-party marketing networks.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

12. Modifications to Terms

ProSolutions reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with changing legal frameworks or operational standards. Continued use of the website following changes implies your agreement to the updated terms.
