Designed for Public Address Expansion:
The DS-QAZ0206G1-S is specifically developed as a secondary speaker for compatible Hikvision primary ceiling speakers. Each 6W primary speaker with an 8-ohm output can connect to one secondary speaker, making it easy to extend audio coverage without requiring additional network hardware. This cost-effective solution allows installers to expand announcement areas while maintaining excellent sound quality and system stability.
Clear and Balanced Audio Performance:
Equipped with a 5-inch full-range speaker driver, the DS-QAZ0206G1-S delivers clear speech reproduction and balanced audio output. With a rated power of 6 watts, 93 dB sensitivity, and a maximum sound pressure level of 100 dB SPL, the speaker produces loud, intelligible announcements suitable for indoor public spaces. Its 300 Hz to 15 kHz frequency response ensures speech remains natural and easy to understand, making it ideal for paging, voice notifications, and background announcements.
Wide Sound Coverage:
The speakers features a 130-degree conical coverage angle, allowing sound to spread evenly throughout the installation area. This wide dispersion minimizes audio dead zones and reduces the number of speakers required for complete room coverage. Whether installed in corridors, classrooms, reception areas, or retail environments, the speaker helps ensure every announcement reaches listeners clearly and consistently.
Ideal for Intelligent Broadcast Systems:
When connected to a compatible Hikvision primary speaker, the DS-QAZ0206G1-S supports advanced public address functions available through the main system. These include scheduled broadcasting, live announcements, emergency broadcasting, alarm linkage, and text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities. These intelligent features make it an excellent choice for facilities that require automated communication, emergency notifications, and centralized audio management.
Durable and Professional Construction:
Built using a durable plastic housing with a sturdy metal mesh grille, the speaker is designed for long-term indoor operation. The elegant white finish complements modern ceilings in commercial buildings while protecting the internal speaker components from dust and accidental contact. The lightweight design also simplifies installation and reduces strain during ceiling mounting.
Easy Ceiling Installation:
The DS-QAZ0206G1-S is designed for quick recessed installation with a 160 mm ceiling cutout and an overall diameter of 179 mm. Its compact profile allows it to fit neatly into suspended ceilings while maintaining a professional appearance. The speaker includes the required mesh cover and regulatory documentation for straightforward installation by professional technicians.
