Hybrid HD Video Intercom Kit
The Hikvision DS-KIS312-P(B) is a Hybrid HD Video Intercom Kit designed for homes, villas, apartments, and small residential properties. It combines HD TVI video quality, a 7-inch capacitive touch screen, Hik-Connect mobile control, and convenient plug-and-play installation for reliable visitor communication and door access.
HD Video Door Station:
The outdoor door station provides 1280 × 720 resolution at 60 fps for clear and smooth video. DS-KIS312-P(B) wide field of view reaches 130° horizontally and 70° vertically, helping users see visitors more effectively. An integrated IR supplement light provides visibility up to 3 meters in low-light conditions.
Clear Two-Way Audio:
The Hikvision DS-KIS312-P(B) supports convenient two-way communication through a built-in omnidirectional microphone and loudspeaker. The indoor station features G.711U and G.711A audio compression, along with noise suppression and echo cancellation for clearer conversations.
7-Inch Touchscreen Indoor Station:
The indoor monitor features a 7-inch colorful TFT display with a 1024 × 600 resolution. Its capacitive touchscreen provides intuitive operation, while the 160° horizontal and 130° vertical viewing angles make the screen easy to view from different positions.
Hik-Connect Mobile Control:
With Hik-Connect mobile control, users can conveniently manage the intercom system through a compatible mobile device. This provides greater flexibility for monitoring visitors and managing the door communication system remotely.
Door Unlocking and Connectivity:
The door station includes one relay for lock control, supporting up to 30 V / 1 A, with a 12 VDC power supply. It also features a four-wire interface and supports connection with up to three linked indoor stations and one sub door station.
Expandable Intercom System:
The indoor station supports up to two indoor extensions and two doorphones, Hikvision intercom making the system suitable for larger residential installations. It can also connect to one analog camera, providing additional monitoring flexibility.
Wi-Fi and TF Card Support:
The indoor monitor supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n for convenient network connectivity. It also supports a TF card up to 128 GB, providing local storage capability for compatible functions and applications.
Alarm Input and Installation:
The indoor station provides two alarm inputs and four four-wire interfaces for system connectivity. Both the door station and indoor monitor support surface mounting, making installation practical for residential environments.
Durable and Compact Design:
The door station is made from plastic and measures approximately 50.94 × 135.94 × 20 mm, with a lightweight design of about 85 g. It operates from -30°C to 60°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions.
Indoor Monitor Performance:
The indoor station uses an embedded Linux operating system, supported by 128 MB RAM and 32 MB ROM. Its embedded high-performance processor provides responsive system operation through the touchscreen interface.
Low Power Consumption:
The door station consumes up to 4 W, while the indoor station consumes up to 5 W. Both units use 12 VDC power, helping provide efficient operation for residential video intercom applications.
